<li>Book a date and time that best fits your schedule. <br />           ***Oncall available - just give us a call***</li>
<li>All of our Remote Technical Support services require pre-payment, simply pay online, and will send you an email receipt.</li>
<li>Additionally, you will receive a booking confirmation email which will include a link to "Teleport" which is an online communication platform for you to connect with us. </li>
<li>You will also receive an email from <a href="mailto:notifications@zohoassist.com">notifications@zohoassist.com</a> - asking you to "<strong>join session",</strong> you will need to download and run the application to join the support session.</li>
<li>Once we get connected at the time you scheduled, if we don't see you online, we will call you directly to help you get connected with us.</li>
